I am Sam Ahier, licensed mortgage agent with Equity Care Mortgages in Cambridge, Ontario. Growing up in Hespeler, I have become quite familiar with our growing community, and I am happy to call Cambridge my home. I currently reside in Hespeler with my wife Sarah and our black lab/bulldog Nirah. Outside of work I enjoy hiking, exercise, pick up hockey, reading, and a newly found interest in backyard astronomy. Family time is also an important part of my personal life, which includes my young nephews and niece who are always happy to learn and play.

When it comes to work, I appreciate trust the most. I must be able to trust my clients, and I will earn that trust throughout the mortgage process.
